Název práce: Tvarové změny v axiálním systému při respiraci Shape changes in the axial system during respiration Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem je provést případovou studii dechových parametrů a změn tvaru trupu během daného ventilačního manévru, připravit správnou metodiku výzkumu a provést samostatné měření. Diplomová práce bude rozdělena na dvě části, první bude obsahovat teoretická východiska k danému tématu, ve druhé části pak bude popsán provedený výzkum, kde jsem zjišťovala změnu objemu plic v závislosti na čase, zhodnotila vliv prováděného ventilačního manévru na jednotlivé probandy a prověřila respirační dynamiku u vybraného dechového manévru. Metoda: V rámci plnění úkolů této práce byly provedeny experimenty s využitím 3D kinematického záznamu pomocí systému Qualisys doplněného spirometrickým měřením. Experimentu se zúčastnili 3 probandi ve věku 20 - 40 let se specifickými společnými rysy. Každý proband prováděl během měření klidové dýchání, maximální nádech a výdech a ventilační manévr. Měření probíhalo v jednom dni za standardních podmínek, v den měření provedli probandi klidové dýchání, maximální nádech a výdech a ventilační manévr (5 min celkem). Záznamy dat byly provedeny bezprostředně po ukončení měření. Výsledek: z výsledků měření vyplývá, že došlo po Kapalabhati ke snížení objemu plic... The name of the work: Shape changes in the axial system during respiration Goal of the work: the main objective is to perform a case study of brass parameters and changes the shape of the trunk during the ventilation maneuver, prepare the correct methodology of research and to conduct separate measurements. The thesis will be divided into two parts, the first will contain the theoretical background to the subject, in the second part will then be described by the research, where I measured the change in the volume of the lungs in relation to time, assess the impact of implemented ventilation maneuver on the individual probands and examine the respiratory dynamics in selected ventilation maneuver. Methods: in the framework of the fulfilment of the tasks of this work have been carried out experiments with the use of 3D kinematic record with Qualisys and spirometric measurement. The experiment involved three probands aged 20 to 40 specific common features. Each of the proband performed during the measurement of quiet breathing, maximum inhalation and exhalation and ventilation maneuver.
