Elektronizace veřejné správy neboli eGovernment patří mezi jednu z nejrychleji se rozvíjející oblast ve státní správě po celém světě. Politické strany by měly mít k dispozici takové množství informací a podkladů, které jim pomohou tuto oblast učinit dostatečně efektivní a přívětivou pro koncové uživatele, tedy občany. Takové informace stranám dodávají odborné komise, které zde reprezentují expertní kapacitu. Tato práce se zabývá právě expertním věděním českých politických stran v oblasti eGovernment. Práce je postavena na případové studii, která zkoumá těchto pět politických stran: ČSSD, KDU-ČSL, KSČM, ODS a TOP 09. Práce popisuje, jakým způsobem se odborné komise vytvářejí, jací aktéři v nich působí, s jakými zdroji informací pracují a jak slouží výstupy jejich práce. E-government belongs to one of the fastest evolving part of public administration in the whole world. Political parties should have enough quantity of information and materials to make E-government enough efective and friendly for end users - citizens. These kind of informations parties have from expert committees, which are representing policy-related expertise. This paper is focused on czech political parties and their policy-related expertise in field of eGovernment. The paper is based on case study, which explore five political parties: ČSSD, KDU-ČSL, KSČM, ODS and TOP 09. The paper describes creation of expert committees, who are the members of committees, what kind of information they work with and how are the outputs of their work used.
