Diplomová práce se zabývá supervizí jako způsobu podpory ředitele školy. Teoretická část rozebírá pojem supervize, dále se zaměřuje na formy, druhy, modely supervize, poté se práce zabývá etickým kodexem supervize, manažerskou supervizí, závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na syndrom vyhoření, který často postihuje lidi pracujících v pomáhajících profesích. V praktické části se diplomová práce snaží zjistit, zda ředitelé škol znají pojem supervize, dokáží ho charakterizovat, jaký postoj zaujímají k zavedení supervize ve své organizaci, zda supervize slouží jako prevence syndromu vyhoření a zda má vliv na kvalitu osobního růstu ředitele školy. Na základě výzkumného šetření s vybranými řediteli škol byl vytvořen a zpracován návrh na zavedení supervizí do škol. Vzorek respondentů tvoří ředitelé škol a školských zařízení v Královéhradeckém kraji. The theoretical part introduces the concept of supervision and focuses on forms, types and models of supervision, further, the Ethics Code of supervision and the managerial supervision are dealt with. The conclusion of the theoretical part pays attention to burnout syndrome that often affects people who work in helping professions. The practical part of the thesis finds out whether headmasters have notion of supervision, if they are able to characterize it what attitude they have to the implementation of supervision in their organizations, thesis examines whether supervision helps preventing burnout syndrome and how it affects qualities of headmasters' personal growth. Based on the survey with the selected headmasters, a proposal for the implementation of supervision at schools was created and developed. The sample of respondents consists of school and school facilities headmasters in Region of Hradec Kralove. KEYWORDS Supervision, managerial supervision, burnout syndrome, supervision in schools
