Název: Nácvik střelby z prostoru křídla v házené Cíle: Cílem práce bylo sestavení a ověření tréninkového modelu pro nácvik a zdokonalování techniky střelby z prostoru křídla v házené. Na základě porovnání a vyhodnocení jednotlivých videozáznamů (před intervencí a po ní) pěti testovaných hráčů jsme zjistili, zda je tento tréninkový model účinný. Metody: Pět oslovených hráčů bude natočeno při střelbě z prostoru křídla, poté hráči absolvují v průběhu měsíců června a července sedm tréninkových jednotek, v délce třiceti minut, zaměřených na rozvoj techniky. Po absolvování těchto tréninkových jednotek budou hráči opět natočení a videozáznamy budou porovnány s původním hodnocením. Výsledky: U sledované skupiny, námi vytvořený program, způsobil kvalitativní zlepšení dovedností u všech hráčů. Based on the comparison and evaluation of each videoclip (before and after the intervention) five players tested, we found that this training model is effective. Methods: Five respondents players will be filmed during the shooting from the wing position, then the players go through during the months June and July seven training units, in the length thirty minutes, focusing on the progress of technique. After the completion of the training units, players will be filmed again and the videoclips will be compared with the original assessman. Results: In monitored group, a programme we have created caused a qualitative improvement the skills of all players. Key words: Wing, training, performance, intervention programme
