Aleš Tvrzník Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo sledování změn tlaků působících na chodidlo při oporové fázi s různými proměnnými. Vnější podmínky, které byly při běhu na páse měněny, byly rychlost běhu (10, 12, 14 a 16 km/h), techniky běhu (přes patu a přes špičku) a hlavní téma práce, tedy běžecká obuv různého dropu (10, 5, 0 mm). Aktuální tlaky na chodidle byly získávány díky speciálním vložkám Pedar - X a dále zpracovávány v softwaru německé značky Novel. Sekundárními cíli bylo intraindividuální a interindividuální srovnání probandů s větším důrazem na intraindividuální složku z důvodu různorodosti techniky každého probanda. Jedním z cílů práce byla i možnost následné zpětné vazby a tréninkových doporučení těmto běžcům na základě získaných hodnot. Metodika práce: Probandi byli testování na běžeckém pásu HP KOSMOS na specializovaném pracovišti CASRI. V každém úseku byl stanoven vzorek měření 100 kroků pravou a 100 kroků levou nohou. K získání tohoto počtu otisků jsme nechali probanda běžet vždy 90 vteřin v dané rychlosti a technice. Otisky při běhu byly snímány pomocí speciálních vložek Pedar - X, ze kterých se... Aleš Tvrzník Thesis'objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to monitor changes in pressures acting on the foot in stand phase with different variables. There were some external conditions that were changed, the running speed (10, 12, 14 and 16 km/h), running technique (heelstrike and forefoot strike) and the main theme of the work, running shoes of different drop (10, 5, 0 mm). Current pressures on the foot were obtained through special inserts Pedar - X and further processed into the software of the German brand Novel. Secondary objective was to intra- and inter-compare probands with greater emphasis on intra-individual component because of the diversity of technique of each proband. One of the aims of this work was the possibility of subsequent feedback and training recommendations for these runners based on the obtained values. Thesis methodology: Probands were tested on a treadmill HP KOSMOS specialized laboratory CASRI.
