[cze][eng] Název: Aplikování programu DRUMS ALIVE (bubnování na gymnastické míče) pro osoby po míšní lézi Cíle: Cílem práce bylo sestavit a aplikovat cvičební jednotku fitness programu Drums Alive pro osoby po míšní lézi. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jak budou účastníci lekce na cvičení reagovat. Metody: Cvičební jednotka byla aplikována u 2 žen a 3 mužů s míšní lézí (věk 40-60 let). Formou ankety, pozorování a rozhovoru, byly zjišťovány reakce klientů na cvičení a vnímání přínosu lekce na fyzický a psychický stav z pohledu cvičenců, cvičitele a sportovního terapeuta. Výsledky: Na základě výsledků můžeme předpokládat, že cvičení posiluje a uvolňuje svaly a klouby pohybového aparátu a na klienty působí příjemně a zábavně. Může tak sloužit jako prostředek ucelené rehabilitace a rekondice. Another aim was to find out individual reactions of the participants on the exercise. Methods: Exercise unit was applied in 2 women and 3 men (age 40-60 years). A questionnaire, observation and interview were used to assess clients' reactions on exercise and perceived benefit of the lesson on physical and psychological well-being. The benefits were viewed from the point of participants, instructor and sport therapist. Results: According to results we may suppose that exercise strengthen and release muscles and joints.
