Diplomová práce se zabývá komplikacemi, které přináší obsedantně-kompulzivní porucha dětem školního věku v rodinném i školním životě. Skládá se ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je rozdělená do sedmi kapitol a vychází z poznatků odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Obsah této části tvoří základní informace o OCD, etiologie, diagnostika, možnosti léčby a tři poslední kapitoly se věnují důsledkům obsedantně-kompulzivní poruchy a problémům, které OCD přináší do rodinného a školního života. Obsahem praktické části je empirické šetření, jelikož hlavním cílem je analýza komplikací, které přináší obsedantně-kompulzivní porucha dětem školního věku v rodinném i školním životě. Výsledků šetření bylo dosaženo pomocí otevřeného, axiálního a selektivního kódování, které umožnilo vytvořit nárys zakotvené teorie. Bylo zjištěno, že OCD se projevuje již v dětském věku a má negativní důsledky nejen na rodinný, ale i na školní život dítěte, a to především v podobě narušené domácí atmosféry a neschopnosti věnovat se plně výuce. This thesis deals with the complications that brings obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) school-age children in the family and school life. It consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into the seven chapters and is drawn from the knowledge of professional literature and Internet sources. This section consists of basic information about OCD, the etiology, diagnosis, treatment options. The last three chapters deal with the consequences of obsessive-compulsive disorder and problems that OCD brings to family and school life. The practical part is an empirical investigation dealing with the main objective of the work, which is based on an analysis of complications that brings obsessive-compulsive disorder of school-age children in the family and school life. Survey results was achieved through open, axial and selective coding, which allowed delineation create grounded theory. It was found that OCD manifests in childhood and brings negative consequences not only for family but also for the school life of the child, especially in the form of disturbed domestic atmosphere and the inability to concentrate on teaching.
