cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce s názvem Přípravy České republiky na vstup do schengenského prostoru mapuje fázi příprav před vstupem České republiky do Schengenu. Tato fáze je rozdělena na období před vstupem České republiky do Evropské unie, kdy Česká republika musela provést nebytné institucionální a legislativní změny, které byly současně podmínkou pro vstup České republiky do Evropské unie, a období po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie, kdy vnitřní bezpečnostní orgány České republiky a další orgány státní správy postupně zaváděly společné schengenské standardy do své každodenní praxe. Prostřednictvím analýzy vybraných dokumentů pak bakalářská práce monitoruje chování hlavních aktérů české politické scény (ODS, ČSSD, Ministerstvo vnitra) před vstupem do Schengenu a odpovídá na otázku, jak tito aktéři vnímali a vysvětlovali hlavní motivaci České republiky pro vstup do schengenského prostoru. Jako teoretická východiska slouží dva odlišné teoretické přístupy k evropské integraci: neofunkcionalismus a intergovernmentalismus. Chování těchto jednotlivých hráčů české politické scény před vstupem do Schengenu je pak následně přiřazeno k jednomu z definovaných teoretických přístupů.Bachelor thesis titled Preparations of the Czech Republic for the entry into the Schengen area is mapping stage of preparations before the Czech Republic's entry into the Schengen area. This phase is divided into period before the Czech Republic's entry into the European Union, where the Czech Republic had to make necessary within the institutional and legislative changes that were simultaneously the conditions for the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union, and the period after the Czech Republic's entry into the European Union, when the Czech homeland security authorities and other government bodies set up the common Schengen standards into their daily practice. By analyzing selected documents the bachelor thesis then monitors the behavior of main players in the Czech political scene (ODS, CSSD, Ministry of Interior) before entering the Schengen area and answers the question of how these actors perceived and explained the main motivation for entering the Czech Republic into the Schengen area. As a theoretical basis are two different theoretical approaches to European integration: neofunkcionalism and intergovernmentalism. The behavior of the players of the Czech political scene before the entry into the Schengen area is subsequently assigned to one of the defined theoretical approaches.
