Diplomová práce mapuje vliv technologického vývoje, zejména pak digitalizace, na změny způsobů práce v prostředí rozhlasového vysílání. Klíčovým termínem je multimedializace, nová media, interaktivita a individualizace mediálních obsahů . Tento postup je demonstrován na příkladu reality show Českého rozhlasu, která probíhala od 7. listopadu 2005 do 15. ledna 2006 a později byla obnovena.
