NÁZEV: Problematika spolupráce zřizovatele (obce s rozšířenou působností a ředitele školy. AUTOR: Alica Kynčlová KATEDRA: Centrum školského managementu VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: Mgr. Irena Lhotková ABSTRAKT: Závěrečná práce se zabývá oblastmi, v nichž se odehrává spolupráce zřizovatele, obce s rozšířenou působností, a ředitele školy. Jejím cílem je posoudit současný stav vzájemné spolupráce, analyzovat hlavní problémy ředitelů škol při zajišťování kvality vzdělávání, ve kterých je vazba na zřizovatele nutná, či potřebná a nastínit model spolupráce, která povede ke zlepšení kvality výchovy a vzdělávání na školách, zřizovaných obcí. Vychází z platných školských právních předpisů, ze závěrů sociologického výzkumu zaměřeného na analýzu struktury postojů a očekávání veřejnosti k oblasti školství, výchovy a vzdělávání (Stemmark), z dostupných odborných publikací a článků na dané téma. Zdrojem informací je dotazníkové šetření, ve kterém respondenti odpovídali na otázky související s hlavním tématem práce. Přináší současný pohled zřizovatelů škol (obcí s rozšířenou působností), zastoupených pracovníky odborů/oddělení školství úřadu měst a obcí a ředitelů škol na vzájemnou spolupráci na cestě k vyšší kvalitě vzdělávání a výčet jejich hlavních zásad. Its aim is to assess the current state of mutual cooperation, to analyze the main problems of Heads of schools in ensuring the quality of education, in which the binding is on the founder needed or required and outline the model of cooperation that will lead to the improvement of the quality of education and training in schools, run by the municipalities. Builds on existing school legislation, based on the findings of sociological research focused on the analysis of the structure of attitudes and expectations for public education, education and training (Stemmark), of the available publications and articles on the subject. Source of information is the public opinion survey, in which respondents answered questions related to the main theme of the work.
