Tato práce pohlíží na průvodce po památkových objektech jako na lektory zájmového vzdělávání dospělých. Začíná ukotvením zájmového vzdělávání v kontextu andragogiky a v životě dospělého jedince a posléze se přesouvá k problematice lektorů v oblasti zájmového vzdělávání. Uvádí role lektorů a požadavky, které jsou na ně kladené, nastiňuje možnosti rozvoje a profesionalizace lektorů a také shrnuje základní kompetence a charakteristiky lektorů jak v zájmovém vzdělávání, tak ve vzdělávání dospělých obecně. Pro bakalářskou práci je stěžejní průvodcovská činnost na památkových objektech pojímaná jako činnost lektorů zájmového vzdělávání dospělých. Prostřednictvím výsledků dotazníkového šetření práce předkládá tři pohledy na charakteristiky průvodců, objasňuje současný stav jejich vzdělávání a mapuje čí postoje průvodců a jejich nadřízených k případnému dalšímu vzdělávání v rámci průvodcovské práce. It begins with characterizing leisure education in the context of andragogy and in the life of an adult, then shifts to the issue of lecturers in the leisure adult education. The thesis indicates lecturer's roles and requirements posed on them, outlines opportunities for their progress and professionalization, and summarize basic competencies and characteristics of lecturers in the leisure education and adult education in general as well. For this thesis is fundamental the guide activities at historical monuments (from the leisure adult educator's position). Through the outcomes of questionnaire survey, it shows the guide's characteristics from three viewpoints, it clarifies the contemporary situation of the guide's education and attitudes of guides and their supervisors to possible further education in terms of the guide's job.
