Práce Komentovaný překlad: Svůdce, nebo oběť? Společnost v pasti moderních omylů. Příčiny - následky - východiska je tvořena překladem dvou kapitol německy psané knihy Verführt. Manipuliert. Pervertiert. Die Gesellschaft in der Falle modischer Irrlehren. Ursachen - Folgen - Auswege (Christa Meves, Gräfelfing/München: Verlag Resch, 20074, s. 50-88) a komentářem tohoto překladu. První část překladu je věnována muži, jeho roli ve společnosti a krizi mužství v posledních desetiletích. Druhá část, věnovaná ženě, navazuje na předchozí a odhaluje podstatu problémů v dnešní společnosti. Na základě vlastní bohaté odborné zkušenosti a vědeckých dokladů Mevesová ve své společenské analýze předkládá čtenáři nejen drtivá fakta, ale také řešení, jak této společenské krizi v Evropě čelit. Následující část práce je věnována analýze překladu na základě metodiky Ch. Nordové, A. Popoviče a J. Levého, konkrétním překladatelským obtížím a tendencím, následně pak výběru vhodných postupů a strategií. The bachelor thesis contains commented translation of two chapters of a German book called Verführt. Manipuliert. Pervertiert. Die Gesellschaft in der Falle modischer Irrlehren. Ursachen - Folgen - Auswege (Christa Meves: Seduced. Manipulated. Perverted. Gräfelfing/München: Verlag Resch, 20074, p. 50-88) and a commentary of the translation. The first part of the translation deals with men, their role in society and crisis of masculinity in the last decades. The second part, related to the first one, focuses on women and discusses crucial problems in our society. In her analysis of the society based on the author's own wide professional experience and scientific evidence, Meves presents not only overwhelming facts but also solutions for dealing with the crisis of European society. Further, the thesis includes a translation analysis according to Ch. Nord, A. Popovič and J. Levý and addresses particular translation problems and tendencies, followed by appropriate translation procedures and strategies in the translation process.
