Přesto je mezi nimi řada rozdílů. Tato práce se zaměřuje na rozdíly ve zdravotnictví. Oficiální statistiky dávají objektivní pohled na současnou situaci v obou zdravotnických systémech. Chybí v nich ale názor pacientů, pro které je celý systém tvořen. Proto byla práce doplněna o dotazníkové šetření. Cíl: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo porovnat vybrané charakteristiky jednotlivých zdravotnických systémů, rozpoznat hlavní rozdíly mezi systémy a určit jejich největší výhody a nevýhody. Metodika: Dotazníkové šetření bylo uskutečněno ve vybraných městech na území ČR a SRN. Osloveny byly všechny lékárny v námi zvolených obcích. Rozhovor byl veden přesně podle vytvořeného dotazníku autorkou této práce nebo proškoleným tazatelem. Otázky se týkaly především nadstandardní péče, spotřeby LP a soukromých výdajů za ně, spokojenosti se zdravotním stavem a se službami... This thesis focuses on the differences in their health systems. Official statistics provide an objective view on the situation in both healthcare systems. Nevertheless those statistics don't include patient's opinions. A questionnaire survey was therefore created to include their point of view. Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to compare selected characteristics of the Czech and German health care systems, to recognize the major differences between them and to identify their greatest advantages and disadvantages. Methods: The survey was realized in selected towns in the Czech Republic and in Germany. All pharmacies in these towns were asked to take part.
