Diplomová práce se zabývá postoji učitelů ke změnám ve školství a ke kurikulární reformě regionálního školství v České republice. Kurikulární reforma je významnou změnou pro celou vzdělávací politiku a postoje učitelů jsou zásadní zejména ve fázi implementace reformy. Metodologie práce je postavena na analýze kvantitativních i kvalitativních dat. Teoretická východiska práce jsou teorie zabývající se přesvědčeními a postoji učitelů a systém přesvědčení podle Paula A. Sabatiera. Přístup učitelů k reformě je v práci chápán jako míra jejich souhlasu s reformou a míra jejich aktivity v reformě. Souhlas učitelů s reformou je formulován ve dvou dimenzích, první z nich představuje souhlas učitelů s cíli reformy, druhou dimenzí je souhlas učitelů s nově definovanou rolí učitele jako spolutvůrce kurikula. Postoje učitelů se ukázaly jako problematické zejména v druhé kategorii, důsledkem toho je značný formalismus reformy. Jako hlavní důvody nesouhlasu učitelů s reformou byly identifikovány problémy ve fázi implementace reformy, ideový nesouhlas učitelů s reformou, nedostatečné vysvětlení smyslu reformy centrálními orgány, čehož důsledkem je nepochopení cílů reformy ze strany učitelů, a způsob zavádění reformy jako změny "shora". Proměnné, které se ukázaly jako významné v přístupu učitelů k reformě, jsou... The thesis deals with teachers' attitudes to changes in the education and the curriculum reform of regional education system in the Czech Republic. The curriculum reform is a significant change for the education policy and the teachers' attitudes are important for the reform implementation. The methodology is based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Theoretical basis are the theories about teachers' beliefs and attitudes and a belief system according to Paul A. Sabatier. The teachers' approach to the reform is defined as their acceptance of the reform and the extent of their activities in the reform. The teachers' acceptance of the reform is formulated in two dimensions. The first one is teachers' acceptance of the reform objectives. The other one is teachers' acceptance of the new teacher role as a co-creator of the curriculum. The teachers' attitudes appear to be mainly problematic in the second category which deals to formalism of the reform. As main reasons of teachers' disagreement on the reform were identified the problems in the reform implementation phase, teachers' ideological opposition to the reform, inadequate explanation of the reform meaning by central authorities, which leads to a misunderstanding of the reform objectives by teachers, and an implementation of the reform...
