[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá volnou a řízenou hrou a činnostmi v předškolním vzdělávání z hlediska učitelek. Je zaměřena především na hru dětí předškolního věku, hře děti věnují nejvíce času a je pro ně nejvýznamnější činností z hlediska rozvoje celé jejich osobnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu hra, podstatu hry a vztah a význam hry dětí předškolního věku. Dále je zaměřena na volnou a řízenou hru a činnosti, jejich poměr a na hru z hlediska učitelek. Praktická část je zaměřena na roli učitelek ve volné a řízené hře a činnostech dětí v mateřské škole prostřednictvím pozorování. Během pozorování se zaměřuji na popis činností dětí, činností a přístupy učitelek k volné a řízené hře a činnostem a k dětem. Výsledkem je poukázat na významnou roli volné a řízené hry v životě dítěte předškolního věku a zejména přístupu učitelek a jejich role ve volné a řízené hře dětí. It focuses primarily on the game preschool children playing children spend most of their time is their most important activities for the advancement of their entire personality.
