Bakalářská práce se zabývá zvládáním bolesti z psychologického hlediska. Sleduje emocionální, kognitivní a behaviorální faktory, copingové strategie a individuální rozdíly ve zvládání bolesti. Práce je zaměřena na časový rozměr bolesti. Jejím cílem je popsat psychologické aspekty zvládání akutních a chronických bolestí - to, v čem se zvládání akutní a chronické bolestí liší a jakou roli hrají psychologické aspekty při chronifikaci bolesti. Práce hodnotí psychologické faktory a způsoby zvládání bolesti z hlediska jejich adaptability a efektivity. Výzkumný projekt je navržen jako prospektivní studie zjišťující, zdali nějaký způsob zvládání bolesti (copingové strategie) souvisí s chronifikací bolestí a zda se mění copingové strategie s chronifikací bolesti. It covers emotional, cognitive and behavioral factors, pain coping strategies and individual differences in pain management. This work focuses on the time dimension of pain. The aim is to describe psychological aspects of acute and chronic pain management - the differences between acute and chronic pain management and the role of psychological aspects in pain chronification. Psychological aspects of pain, especially pain coping strategies, are evaluated in terms of efficiency and adaptability. The research project is designed as a prospective study investigating if there are any pain coping strategies related to pain chronification and if the coping strategies change during pain chronifiaction.
