Diplomová práce "Projevy chování u sexuálně zneužívaných dětí, přístup rodiny a reakce sociálních pracovníků" se zaměřuje na objasnění problematiky pohlavního zneužívání dětí a jejího průběhu.V úvodních kapitolách se práce zabývá vysvětlením pojmu sexuálního zneužívání a možného výskytu. Charakterizuje potencionální oběti, pachatele a případná rizika. Dále se práce zaměřuje na psychosomatické a sociální projevy dětí, které se staly obětí pohlavního zneužívání. Srovnává reakce dětí podle věku i pohlaví. Důležitou částí je odhalení incidentu. Odhalení je pro oběť většinou vysvobozením z patologického jednání. Práce popisuje, jaké může mít oběť důvody pro zatajování situace, jak reaguje rodina po prozrazení. Jak probíhá pomoc sociálních pracovníků během kontaktu s obětí pohlavního zneužívání. Ale také jaká opatření jsou nutná, aby nedošlo k další deprivaci dítěte. Základním cílem práce je zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky "Jak vypadá situace rodiny spojená s nahlášením CSA?" K této otázce směřuje celá struktura práce. Vyústěním diplomové práce je výzkumná část. Součástí výzkumné části je analýza spisové dokumentace. Získaná data umožní zmapování situace rodiny po nahlášení sexuálního zneužití. Závěrečné shrnutí obsahuje výstupy ze spisové dokumentace, zhodnocuje rodinné prostředí a přístup... Diploma thesis "Behavioral symptoms in sexually abused children, families access and response of social workers" focuses on clarifying the issue of child sexual abuse and its course. The introductory chapters deal with explaining the concept of sexual abuse and the possible occurrence. It characterized by potential victims, offenders and the possible risks. The work focuses on social and psychosomatic manifestations of children who are victims of sexual abuse. It compares the responses of children by age and sex. The important part is the revelation of the incident. Revealed is the most deliverance victim of pathological behavior. The work describes the victim may have reasons for concealing situation, how it reacts family after disclosure. How the assistence of social workers in contact with victims of sexual abuse.But also what measures are needed to prevent further deprivation of the child. The main goal of this work is to answer the main research question "What is the situation of the family associated with reportinag CSA?". This question seeks the whole structure of the work. The result of this thesis is the research part. The research is the analysis of documentation. The obtained dat to analyze the situation of families after reporting sexual abuse.
