V této práci jsou zkoumány lokální stereologické odhady parametrů eliptických částic v rovině a trojrozměrném prostoru. Hlavní pozornost je věnována lokálním odhadům objemu elipsoidu, které jsou založené na informaci získané řezem elipsoidu přímkou, rovinou, nebo rovinou, ve které je fixována přímka. Zabýváme se hustotami, středními hodnotami a rozptyly takovýchto odhadů. V závěru je pomocí koeficientu chyby srovnána přesnost jednotlivých odhadů pro speciální případ elipsoidu - sféroid. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) In this thesis local stereological estimators of parameters of ellipsoidal shaped particles in a plane and in a three dimensional space are investigated. The main attention is devoted to the local estimators of ellipsoid volume based on the knowledge of the section of the ellipsoid by a line, a plane or a plane which contains a fixed line. We investigate densities, mean values and variances of these estimators. In the end, for a special case of ellipsoid - spheroid, the accuracy of estimators is compared through the use of coefficient of error. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
