Téma: Tato práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním lidí se schizofrenií a přínosem zaměstnání pro lidi s tímto onemocněním. Možnosti zaměstnávání lidí se schizofrenií Teoretická část práce popisuje onemocnění schizofrenie, stigma a předsudky spojené s tímto onemocněním, význam zaměstnání pro lidi s duševním onemocněním, dále se zabývá pracovní rehabilitací, především pak podporovaným zaměstnáním, zmiňuje se také o nestátních neziskových organizacích, které pomáhají lidem se schizofrenií v přípravě a následném hledání zaměstnání. Pro výzkumné šetření jsem využila kvalitativní strategii - polostrukturovaná interview, vedená s uživateli služby podporovaného zaměstnání a přechodného zaměstnání. Na základě rozborů těchto rozhovorů se snažím odpovědět na otázky ohledně významu zaměstnání pro lidi se schizofrenií. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je najít odpověď na výzkumnou otázku jak důležité je zapojení lidí se schizofrenií do běžného života a to především prostřednictvím nalezení vhodného zaměstnání. This bachelor thesis deals with employing people with the schizophrenia and its benefits to them. Topic: Employment of people with schizophrenia The theoretical part of the work describes schizophrenia, the stigma and prejudice associated with this disease and the importance of employment to people with mental illness; it also examines rehabilitation employment, especially supported employment, and mentions also a non-profit organization that helps people with schizophrenia to prepare and search for the employment. For my research, I used a qualitative strategy - semistructured interviews with the recipients of supported and temporary employment. Based on the analysis of these interviews, I try to answer questions about the importance of employment to people with schizophrenia disease. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to answer the research question: How important is to involve people with schizophrenia in daily life, especially by finding a suitable job.
