[cze][eng] Název práce: Nutriční hodnota snídaní u dětí staršího školního věku Cíl práce: Cílem této diplomové práce je podat ucelený přehled o problematice obezity v dětském věku, způsobu stravování a pohybové aktivitě dětí. Dále na podkladě odborných studií a literatury vytvořit dotazník a aplikovat ho na námi zvolenou skupinu dětí, ve které nám umožní zjišťování nutriční hodnoty snídaní a sociálního vlivu na vznik obezity u dětí staršího školního věku. Metoda: Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen žáky dvou základních škol ve věku 13-15 let. Celkem bylo rozdáno 300 dotazníků na obou školách, do výzkumu bylo zařazeno 229 dotazníků, které byly vyplněny vyhovujícím způsobem. K zjišťování dat jsme použili nestandardizovaný dotazník sestavený autorkou. Výsledky: Prokázalo se, že děti základních škol ačkoli snídají tak jejich snídaně není vyhovující. Velká skupina dětí ve věku 13-15 let není spokojena se svou postavou a touží po snižování váhy, i když jejich hmotnost je odpovídající jejich věku. Vliv sociálního prostředí dané skupiny se neukázal být jedním z důvodů nadváhy a obezity. This questionnaire was applied to a group ofchildren to observe nutritional value ofbreakfast and social factors ofobesity development in older school-age children. Methods: A group of grade school children ofage 13 to 15 was assessed. In total 300 questionnaires were handed out, 229 were returned and suitable for further processing. Results: Most grade school children do eat breakfast regularly. However, in most cases composition oftheir breakfast is quite inappropriate. A large group of 13-15 year old children dislike their figure and desire to lose weight despite age-appropriate proportions.
