Bakalářská práce se zabývá tuky z pohledu výživy, kde jsou tuky chápány jako jedna ze základních živin ve výživě člověka. Konkrétně se zabývá charakteristikou tuků, jejich technologickým zpracováním a významem ve stravování člověka. Podrobněji se zaměřuje na zjištění konkrétních znalostí o tucích mezi vybranými dospělými osobami. Cílem této práce je objasnit, do jaké míry mají vybrané dospělé osoby přehled o tucích a jaké mají znalosti, které následně mohou využít ve svém běžném životě při výběru pokrmů a přípravě stravy. Současně je také cílem získat podklady o znalostech o tucích, které budou následně využity v další práci, kde se zaměřím na jinou cílovou skupinu a to na studenty ze středních škol a gymnázií. Specifically, is concerned with the characteristics of fats, their technological processing and importance in human boarding. Detail is focused on finding specific knowledge about fats among selected adults. The aim of this work is to clarify the extent to which selected adult overview of fats and what have the knowledge, which in turn can use in your everyday life when choosing foods and preparing meals. At the same time also to provide input for knowledge of fats, which are subsequently used in further work, which will focus on a different target group namely students from secondary schools and grammar schools.
