Východiska práce: čerpáme ze žité zkušenosti asistence nevidomému studentovi na gymnáziu. Při analýze této zkušenosti jsme vysledovali určtité problémy. Tyto problémy se projevily zvláště v perspektivě nároků na činnost asistenta pedagoga na základě současné odborné literatury a v perspektivě konkrétních doporučení pro práci asistenta pedagoga nevidomého studenta. Tato práce zároveň nabízí méně běžný pohled na pedagogickou asistenci, jelikož probíhala v sekundárním vzdělávání, na rozdíl od pravděpodobně rozšířenější asistence ve vzdělávání primárním. Metody a výsledky: Na jednotlivých příkladech ukazujeme úkony pedagogické a nepedagogické činnosti asistentky pedagoga, se kterými se autorka během své praxe setkala. Tyto úkony jsme identifikovali jako oblasti podpory nevidomého studenta. Nahlédli jsme, že úkony asistenta, které jsme pokládali za libovolné nebo závislé na libovůli jeho kolegů, odrážejí zažitou praxi vzdělávání nevidomých, která je pouze nově systematizována v metodikách. Závěry práce ukazují, v jakých oblastech podpory může asistent pedagoga při edukaci nevidomého studenta lépe naplňovat danou metodiku a zlepšovat svou práci. These problems occur especially in the view of the demands placed on the school assistant and current specialized literature and recent special educative recommendations to the assistant to the blind. In this thesis also is offered a less common view of school assistance for the assistance was performed at a secondary school. School assistance at primary education is presumably more common. Single examples in the text show performance of educational and non-educational activities of the autor as a school assistant. The operations were identified as areas of support of the blind student. The operations of the school assistant considered arbitrary actually are reflection of experience of the teaching of the blind that has been systemized in recent methodics.
