Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám psychologickým pohledem na vyjeuuáváuí. Snažil jsem se vycházet z minulých výzkumú a poznatkú, mapovat oblast současného dění a reflektovat praktické přesahy. Rovněž nalézaní hranic psychologické analýzy vyjednávání, poukazování na bílá místa a nástin budoucího rozvoje tvoří nedílnou součást mé práce. Jak je schopna psychologie přispět oblasti vyjednávání, kde jsou hranice, možnosti, úspěchy a nezdary této vědy ve vztahu k vyjednávání, jsou stěžejní otázky, které si pokládám. Teoretická část má za cíl poukázat na významné kroky a milníky výzkumú, podat přehledný obraz dosavadních směrů, shrnout a konfrontovat jejich výstupy, poukázat na stěžejní témata, která se ukázala k předmětu relevantní, a připravit púdu pro část praktickou. Praktická část má snahu nepatmě posunout ony meze, které byly načrtnuty v části teoretické, a přispět výzkumem k pokrytí další oblasti psychologie a vyjednávání. Při vyjednávání jde o záměrný, racionální proces, v jehož pruběhu se uplatňuje také složka emocionální. Cílem jednání je snížit napětí, odstranit averzi a změnit soupeřivý postoj na obou stranách. Proces řešení postupuje od shromažďování všech potřebných informací, jejich analýzy na základě věcného rozboru, přes promýšlení možností řešení k přijetí závěrečné dohody uspokojující společné... Negotiation can be defined as the joint decision making between interdependent individuals with divergent interests. Whenever two or more people gather to exchange information with the intent of changing their relationship in some way, we can say, they are negotiating. Failure to negotiate constructively can have tremendous consequences for a variety of social and economic outcomes. The opening part ofthesis traces conflict theory, short history ofthe psychological study of negotiation and definitions of negotiation short overview. The further part reviews emerging research areas, each of which provides useful insight in to how negotiators subjectively understand the negotiation: mental models in negotiation; how concems of ethics, faimess and values define the rul es of the game being played; how the selection of a communication medium impacts the way the game is played; how negotiators organize and simplify their understandings; rehirth of social factors in the psychological study, including social relationships, egocentrism, motivated illusions and emotion. How culture affects negotiation processes and outcomes and how psychology can contribute to diplomacy is closing theoretical part.
