Bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptací dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem a jejich potřebami při nástupu na základní školu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu základní školy a jejích činitelů, které mají na adaptaci dítěte s OMJ vliv, vymezuje funkci školy a proces socializace. Zaměřuje se také na třídní kolektiv, dynamiku školní třídy, roli učitele a třídnická setkávání. Dále se zabývá vymezením pojmu dítě s odlišným mateřským jazykem a příslušné legislativě. V závěru teoretické části je popsán proces adaptace dítěte na základní školu a specifika týkající se adaptace dítěte s OMJ se zaměřením na jeho potřeby při nástupu do školy. V empirické části je realizován kvantitativní výzkum zaměřený na učitele 1. stupně základní školy. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, zda třídní učitelé 1. stupně pracují pravidelně s třídním kolektivem na podpoře a rozvoji dobrého klimatu třídy s aktivním zapojením dětí s OMJ a jsou k tomu dostatečně vybaveni potřebnými znalostmi a dovednostmi. Data jsou získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi 15 učiteli z 6 různých škol. Mezi hlavní zjištění výzkumu patří, že učitelé jsou si vědomi, jak důležité je pravidelně pracovat s třídním kolektivem na podpoře dobrého klimatu s aktivním zapojením dítěte s OMJ. Stejně tak důležitou... The topic of the bachelor thesis is the adaptation of children with a different first language when entering a primary school. The thesis is divided into two parts. In theoretical part, the factors affecting children with a different first language, the function of the school and the process of socialization are elaborated. The thesis focuses on the social dynamics in the classroom, teacher's role within the classroom and classroom meetings. It also seeks to define the meaning of the term of a child with a different first language and respective legislation. At the end of the theoretical part, the school adaptation process of children with the different first language as well as specific aspects affecting adaptation process accentuating the needs of children are described. The empirical part represents the results of qualitative research focusing on the practice of primary school teachers directed towards children with a different first language. The first aim of the thesis was to explore the teachers practice in developing positive classroom climate/environment with the active involvement of children with a different first language.
