Název: Prevence kloubních zranění dolních končetin ve sportovních hrách na příkladu fotbalu Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí prostudování odborné literatury, článků a studií pojednávajících o zranění kloubů, jejich vzniku a prevenci shrnout poznatky a předložit čtenáři důvody vzniku zranění ve fotbale a možné metody, které lze využít k předcházení různých druhů zranění, převážně těch nekontaktních. S tím souvisí další z cílů práce, a to bude předložit sportovcům a trenérům jakými preventivními opatřeními se řídit, aby těmto zraněním předešli. Metody: Práce byla vytvořena pomocí metody literární rešerše, kde byly využity zahraniční knihy, odborné články a studie. K jejich nalezení jsem využil portály Web of Science a Google scholar. Pomocí zadání klíčových slov a jejich možných synonym byly nalezeny odborné články, studie nebo meta-analýzy, ze kterých následně byly čerpány poznatky. Také byly použity české zdroje literatury. Výsledky: Během práce jsem dospěl k výsledkům, že fotbal patří mezi jedny z nejrizikovějších sportovních her a sportů vůbec. Ale také během procházení literatury jsem narazil na fakt, že počet zranění se snižuje. Kloub, který nejvíce autorů považovalo za nejčastěji poraněný, byl kotník. Zranění kolene bylo také velmi častě. Mezi jedno z nejčastějších a nejvážnějších... Name: Joint injuries of the lower extermities and prevention in sports game on the example of football Objectives: The aim of the work is to find out the most common joint injuries in football and which factors may lead to this, by studying the expert article of the study and the literature. Another goal is to present methods of how we can prevent those injuries from happening. Methodology of work: The work was created using the method of literary research, where foreign books, scholarly articles and studies were used. I used the Web of Science portals to find them, Google scholar. By entering keywords and their possible synonyms, expert articles, studies or meta-analyses were found from which lessons were subsequently drawn. Czech sources of literature were also used Results: In the course of my work, I have come to the conclusion that football is one of the most hazardous sports games and sports ever. But when I was browsing literature I came across a fact, that the number of injuries is decreasing. The joint most authors considered the most frequently injured was the ankle. Knee injuries were also very common. One of the most frequent and most serious knee injuries was identified as an ACL injury.
