Hlavním cílem práce je analýza možnosti ocenění stavebních objektů v informačním modelu stavby (BIM). Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, rešeršní část představuje nutné definice a pojmy, například definice zkratky BIM, LoD, CDE, které jsou potřebné pro práci s BIM softwary. Praktická část analyzuje možné způsoby stanovení rozpočtů staveb s využitím informačního modelu stavby na jednom objektu, který byl modelován ve studentské verzi softwaru Graphisoft ArchiCad 24. The main aim of this task deals with analysis of the possibility of valuing building budgets in the building information model (BIM). The work is divided into two parts. The first, research part, presents the necessary definitions and concepts, such as definitions of BIM, LOD, CDE, which are needed for working with (BIM) software. The second, practical part, analyses possible ways to determine building budgets using the building information model on one building, which was modeled in the student version of Graphisoft ArchiCAD 24.
