Diplomová práce na téma Změny programového schématu kanálu ČT 2 po novele zákona o České televizi z roku 2011 zkoumá, zda došlo ke komercionalizaci tohoto televizního kanálu poté, co byla zákonem změněna pravidla pro umístění reklamy a reklamních sdělení na kanálech televize veřejné služby. Kanál ČT 2 byl od svého počátku koncipován jako kanál alternativní, určený náročnějšímu publiku. Takový kanál z logiky svého zaměření necílí na vysokou sledovanost. Přesto byl změnou zákona určen k prodeji reklamního času jako jediný plnoformátový kanál České televize. Rešerše přinesla celou řadu informací týkajících se televizního vysílání ze zákona a vlivů, které na televize veřejné služby působí. Česká televize byla jako televize veřejné služby zařazena do mediálního systému a zároveň práce přinesla přehled o situaci médií veřejné služby v některých evropských zemích. Práce se zabývá technikou a principy tvorby televizního programu a jeho jednotlivými součástmi, které mají nepochybně vliv na výsledný mediální produkt, kterým je programové schéma daného kanálu. Odborné publikace českých a světových mediálních odborníků umožnily autorovi vytvořit vlastní definici pojmů, na jejichž popisu se jednoznačně neshoduje ani odborná veřejnost. The diploma thesis on the topic Changes in the programming scheme of the ČT 2 channel after the amendment to the Czech Television Act of 2011 examines whether this television channel was commercialized after the law changed the rules for placing advertisements and advertising messages on public service television channels. The ČT 2 channel was conceived as an alternative channel intended for a more demanding audience. From the logic of its focus, such a channel does not aim at high viewership. Nevertheless, the amendment to the law designated it for the sale of advertising time as the only full-format channel of Czech Television. The search provided a wealth of information regarding television broadcasting by law and the effects it has on public service television. Czech Television was included in the media system as a public service television. The work deals with the technique and principles of creating a television program and its individual components, which undoubtedly have an impact on the resulting media product, which is the program scheme of the channel.
