Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ztrát vody v povodí Loučenského potoka a Bouřlivce. Tato závěrečná práce vznikla na základě projektu pro státní podnik Povodí Ohře, který se zabýval managementem hospodaření na těchto tocích. Loučenský potok a Bouřlivec jsou zdrojem vody pro vodní nádrž Všechlapy, která zajišťuje řadu funkcí v okolí nádrže. Vodní nádrž Všechlapy byla v posledních letech ohrožena hydrologickým suchem, které výrazně zasáhlo velkou část Česka. Z toho důvodu je nutné určit ztráty vody v povodí a zaměřit se na možné metody pro zajištění dostatečné hladiny vody v nádrži, která je potřebná k udržení všech hlavních funkcí. V první části práce jsou objasněna teoretická východiska, která se vztahují k dané problematice. V praktické části práce jsou detekovány ztráty vody v povodí především na základě podélného profilování průtoků a evidovaných odběrů vody. Měření průtoků proběhlo celkem na 43 profilech v pěti odlišných hydrologických podmínkách se zaměřením na suché období. Z výsledků vyplývá, že je potřeba hledat rezervy ve dvou oblastech. Zaprvé v hospodaření na rybnících, kde se ukazuje, že se zde ztrácí značné množství vody v celém povodí a zadruhé v drobných odběratelích, kteří čerpají vodu pro svou potřebu. Přestože dochází i k jiným velmi významným ztrátám vody v... This thesis deals with the problem of water losses in the Loučenský brook and Bouřlivec basins. It was written on the basis of a project for the state enterprise Povodí Ohře, which dealt with the management of these streams. Loučenský potok and Bouřlivec are the sources of water for the Všechlapy reservoir, which provides a number of functions in the reservoir surroundings. However, the Všechlapy reservoir has been threatened by hydrological drought in recent years. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the water losses in the basin and focus on possible methods to ensure that the reservoir has sufficient water levels to maintain all of its major functions. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical background related to the issue is explained. In the practical part of the thesis, water losses in the basin are detected mainly on the basis of longitudinal profiling of flows and recorded water withdrawals. Flow measurements were carried out on a total of 43 profiles in five different hydrological conditions with a focus on the dry season. The results show that there is a need to look for reserves in two areas.
