Tato bakalářská práce zprostředkovává překlad kapitoly z knihy From Here to Eternity: Travelling the World to Find the Good Death (W. W. Norton & Company, 2017), jejíž autorkou je Caitlin Doughtyová. Jedná se o knihu z oblasti pohřebnictví, ve které autorka popisuje tradice různých kultur z celého světa. V druhé části závěrečné práce se nachází komentář, jenž zahrnuje překladatelskou analýzu originálu, popis překladatelských problémů včetně jejich řešení a zvolené překladatelské metody.
