Název bakalářské práce: Obnova sportovní výkonnosti atleta po zranění (na příkladu vícebojařky) Zpracovala: Michaela Treglerová Vedoucí bakalářské práce: Doc. PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. MBA Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo se na základě systematické rešerše českých i zahraničních zdrojů zorientovat v problematice zranění v atletice a provést souhrn nejčastějších a nejzávažnějších zranění, která vedou k indispozici sportovce. Dále pak nastínit možné rekondiční programy (na příkladu zranění hamstringu). Dílčím cílem této práce je zjištění názorů na nejčastější zranění objevující se u skupiny vybraných atletů z České republiky a jejich závažnost. Dalším dílčím cílem práce je zpracování kazuistiky zvolené elitní vícebojařky a pohled do problematiky jejího zranění v průběhu aktivní atletické kariéry s objektivním zhodnocením a pátráním po příčině vzniklých problémů s nahlédnutím do rekondičních a rehabilitačních pracovních postupů při zranění hamstringů. Metodika práce: Byla koncipována třemi směry: 1) V prvním případě byla zpracována jako literární rešerše na základě dostupných zdrojů, které pocházejí z odborných publikací o zranění, časopisů z ověřených zdrojů, článků z portálu PubMed, Google Scholar, ResearchGate a též jsem se opírala o některé diplomové a bakalářské práce. PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. MBA Aims: The main goal of this bachelor's thesis was to orientate based on systematic research of Czech and foreign sources in the issue of injuries in athletics, find and make the occurrence of the most common and most serious injuries that lead to suspension of the training process. Also outline possible reconditioning programs (by an example of hamstring injuries). The partial goal of this thesis is to determine the most common injuries occurring in a group of athletes from the Czech Republic and their severity. Another partial aim is elaboration of case study of professional female heptathlete and an insight into the issue of her injuries during her active athletic career with objective evaluation and search for the cause of problems with insight into reconditioning and rehabilitation procedures for hamstring injuries.
