Název: Motivační faktory podílející se na změně životního stylu u sportovců v období dospívání Hlavním cílem této disertační práce je identifikovat hlavní důvody, které účastníky výzkumu vedli k opuštění sportovního prostředí. Pro lepší interpretaci výsledků a v rámci lepšího porozumění výpovědí respondentů jsme jako další cíl této studie stanovili definovat pozitivní přínosy ale i negativní dopady sportu vzhledem k životnímu stylu účastníků studie, tak i vzhledem k celé společnosti. Hlavní cíl odráží vědecké otázky, ve kterých nás zajímá, jaké demotivační faktory se podílejí na změně životního stylu u sportovců v období dospívání a jaký vliv má nenaplnění základních psychologických potřeb (autonomie, kompetence a potřeba vztahu) na změnu životního stylu u sportovců v období dospívání, kteří prostředí sportu opustili, nebo o tom uvažují. Abychom důkladně prozkoumali cíle práce, rozhodli jsme se využít kvalitativních vědeckých postupů, konkrétně vícepřípadovou studii. Prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů jsme od osmi účastníků studie (4 chlapci, 4 dívky, 4 zástupci kolektivních sportů, 4 zástupci individuálních sportů) sebrali data formou jejich narativního vyprávění o motivačních, respektive demotivačních faktorech vedoucích k opuštění sportovního prostředí. Title: Motivational factors contributing to the changing lifestyles of athletes during adolescence The main goal of this dissertation is to identify the main reasons of dropping out from sport in adolescence. In order to make a better interpretation of the results and to better understand the respondents' testimonies another goal of this study was set and that is to define the positive benefits but also the negative effects of sport on the lifestyle of the studied participants as well as an impact on the whole society. The main aim reflects the scientific questions in which we are interested what demotivational factors are involved in changing the lifestyle of athletes in the period of adolescence, and how the non-fulfilment of basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence and the need of relatedness) influence the change of lifestyle of athletes in adolescence that dropped out from sport. In order to thoroughly investigate the goals of the work, we decided to use qualitative scientific procedures, multi-case studies.
