Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem projektu výstavby areálu autoservisu s využitím vhodných metod, technik a nástrojů projektového řízení. V první části jsou teoreticky definovány analýzy, které budou použity v praktické části projektu. Druhá část nám poslouží k představení firmy a analýze současného stavu firmy. Poslední část obsahuje zpracovanou celou projektovou přípravu, která je nachystána k realizaci. The bachelor thesis deals with the project proposal for the construction of a car service complex. The first part is consisted of definitions of theoretical analysis, which will be used in practical part of bachelor thesis. The second part is going to be used to introduce the company and analyze the current situation of the company. The last part contains the processed whole project preparation, which is ready for realization.
