Tématem bakalářské práce je práce z domova během koronavirové krize v roce 2020 a 2021. V teoretických východiskách je shrnuta literatura, z které vychází výzkum, který byl proveden na reprezentativním vzorku české online populace pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Celá tato práce se zabývá třemi podtématy: charakteristikami práce z domova, vývojem práce z domova během koronavirové krize a rozdílem mezi muži a ženami v klíčových proměnných práce z domova v této době. Mezi hlavní zjištění patří silný vztah práce z domova a vzdělání, častější asociace nižší než vyšší produktivity, vysoká role zaměstnavatele při uvádění důvodu pro výkon práce z určitého místa a nízké prokazatelné rozdíly mezi muži a ženami. Diskuzní část shrnuje hlavní zjištění výzkumu ve vztahu k teoretickým východiskům jsou zde rozebrány limity výzkumu a také je zde uveden návrh na další možný výzkum. This thesis deals with the topic of working from home during the coronavirus crisis in 2020 and 2021. The theoretical background summarizes the literature on which the research is based on. The research was conducted on a representative sample at a national level of the Czech online population using a questionnaire survey. The whole work deals with three subtopics, the characteristics of work from home, the development of work from home during the coronavirus crisis and the difference between men and women in the key variables of work from home at this time. The main findings include a moderate relationship between work from home and education, more frequent associations of lower than higher productivity at home, a high role of the employer when respondents stated a reason to work from a certain place, and low demonstrable differences between men and women. The discussion part summarizes the main findings of the research concerning the theoretical basis. There are also discussed the limits of the research and a proposal for further possible research is included there as well.
