Tato bakalářská práce je věnována portrétům Petra I. Velikého a vlivů, který evropské malířství učinilo na rozvoj portrétní školy Ruské říše v petrovském období. Výběr portrétů císaře je spojen s jeho statutem hlavního patrona umění Ruské říše. V první kapitole budu věnovat pozornost portrétní malbě v před-petrovském období. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na život Petra I. Další kapitola je věnovaná vztahu Petra I. k umění a rozvoji malířství v době jeho panování. Poslední část je představena formou katalogu, ve kterém jsou popisovány portréty Petra I. Klíčová slova baroko, malířství, portrét, Petr I., Rusko, 18. století, Petrohrad This bachelor thesis explores the portraits of Peter the Great and the influence of the European art on the development of the portrait school of the Russian Empire at the time of Peter's reign. The emperor's portraits were chosen due to his status as the main patron of the art in the Russian empire. In the first chapter I discuss the portrait art before Peter's reign. Second chapter describes the life of Peter the Great. The following chapter explores Peter's views on the art and the development of the art during his reign.
