Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob s lehkým mentálním postižením. Teoretická část práce nejprve popisuje člověka s lehkým mentálním postižením. Definuje toto postižení, vymezuje základní etiologii a symptomatologii. Dále popisuje specifika těchto osob ve vztahu k práci. Poté seznamuje s možnostmi zaměstnání osob s lehkým mentálním postižením, vymezuje základní legislativu či pracovní přípravu. V neposlední řadě uvádí konkrétní možnosti pracovního uplatnění v oblasti Orlickoústecka. V prakticky orientované části diplomové práce jsou popsány možnosti a specifika zaměstnávání několika osob s lehkým mentálním postižením z vybraného regionu Pardubického kraje. V této části práce jsou popsány výhody či překážky zaměstnávání, dále míra informovanosti při procesu získávání zaměstnání a pohled zaměstnavatelů na tuto problematiku. Z metodologického hlediska bylo využito kvalitativní metody rozhovoru, který byl proveden s jednotlivými zaměstnanci, jejich klíčovými pracovníky a jejich zaměstnavateli. Po provedení rozhovorů byly vytvořeny případové studie jednotlivých zaměstnanců. Následně byla provedena komparace případových studií. Za hlavní výsledky výzkumu lze považovat popis výhod a důležitosti zaměstnání v podobě zisku mzdy, pobytu v sociálním prostředí či navazování a prohlubování... The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employment of people with mild mental disabilities. The theoretical part of the thesis first describes a person with a mild mental disability. It defines this disability, defines the basic etiology and symptomatology. It also describes the specifics of these people in relation to work. It also introduces the employment opportunities of people with mild mental disabilities, defines the basic legislation or job training. Last but not least, it presents specific job opportunities in the region Orlickoústecko. The practically oriented part of the diploma thesis describes the possibilities and specifics of employing several people with mild mental disabilities from a selected region of the Pardubice region. This part of the thesis describes the benefits or obstacles to employment, as well as the level of awareness in the process of obtaining employment and the view of employers on this issue. From a methodological point of view, a qualitative method of interview was used, which was conducted with individual employees, their key employees and their employers.
