Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou uchazeče ke konkurznímu řízení na pracovní pozici ředitele mateřské školy, zejména tvorbou koncepce rozvoje vybrané školy. V teoretické části je nejprve definována pojmem ředitel školy jako statutární zástupce organizace. Dále je popsáno, jaký by měl být ředitel, aby mohl úspěšně vést školu, jeho manažerské funkce a celkový kompetenční model v rámci výkonu jeho funkce. Je zde vymezen pojem management a manažer jako vedoucí pracovník ve školství. V další kapitole je objasněno, za jakých podmínek je ředitel jmenován do funkce a jaké požadavky musí splňovat uchazeč o pracovní místo vedoucího pracovníka. V práci je popsáno samotné konkurzní řízení a jeho legislativní rámec, kdy a za jakých podmínek se konkurz může uskutečnit. V této práci je zdůrazněna tvorba koncepce rozvoje organizace sloučených jednotlivých mateřských škol (MŠ) a je zde popsána definice vize organizace. V praktické části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé MŠ sloučené do jedné organizace. Jsou zde porovnávány jejich silné a slabé stránky, také rizika a faktory ovlivňující rozvoj školy. Výzkum probíhal formou rozhovorů s jednotlivými pracovníky odloučených pracovišť MŠ, za účelem zjištění potřeb a požadavků jednotlivých mateřských škol. This bachelor's thesis is about the preparation of candidates for open competition for the position of kindergarten principal, especially the creating of concept of the development of the selected school. The theoretical part defines the definition of principal of the school as the statutory representative of the organization. It also describes what kind of principal he should be in order to successfully lead the school, its managerial functions and the overall competency model in the performance of its functions. Thesis defines a definition of the term management and manager as a leader in education. Following chapter explains the conditions under which the director is nominated to the position and what requirements the candidate for the position of manager must meet. The thesis describes the creation of competitive proceedings and its legislative framework, when and under what conditions it can take place. This work highlights the creation of a concept for the development of the organization of consolidated individual kindergartens and describes the definition of the vision of the organization.
