Bakalářská práce "Spokojenost seniorů v pobytovém zařízení sociálních služeb - v domově pro seniory" zkoumala, srovnávala a hodnotila spokojenost seniorů s péčí a životem v pobytovém zařízení sociálních služeb. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké hlavní faktory ovlivnily spokojenost seniorů s jejich životem v domově pro seniory a zda se jejich spokojenost lišila v závislosti na pohlaví, věku a délce pobytu. V teoretické části práce byly vysvětleny stěžejní pojmy i zákonné definice, od nichž se odvíjí podmínky pro život seniorů v různých zařízeních v naší zemi. Byla zdůrazněna aktuálnost řešeného tématu vzhledem ke stárnutí populace na straně jedné a zvyšující se kvalitě lékařské péče a tedy i délce života na straně druhé - je zřejmé, že v populaci bude narůstat podíl seniorů a s tím i potřeba zdravotních a sociálních služeb. Dále strukturovaně uvedla formy péče o seniory v naší zemi. Empirická část práce obsahuje výsledky vlastního průzkumného řešení a jeho komparaci s výsledky dalších obdobných prací. Metoda: dotazníkové šetření - dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Výsledky: výzkumu se zúčastnilo 140 respondentů z původních 156 dotazovaných tj. 89,74%. Závěry: Spokojenost seniorů odvisí od míry schopnosti saturovat své potřeby, a ta je přímo odvislá od míry soběstačnosti každého seniora. Senioři jsou... The bachelor's thesis "Satisfaction of seniors in a residential facility of social services - in a senior home" examined, compared and evaluated the satisfaction of seniors with care and life in a residential facility of social services. The aim of the work was to find out what main factors influenced the satisfaction of seniors with their lives in a senior home and whether their satisfaction differed depending on gender, age and length of stay. The theoretical part of the thesis explained the key concepts and legal definitions, from which the conditions for the life of seniors in various facilities in our country are derived. The topicality of the topic was emphasized due to the aging of the population on one hand and the increasing quality of medical care and thus the length of life on the other - it is clear that the population of seniors will grow and so will the need for health and social services. It also structured the forms of senior care in our country. The empirical part of the work covered the results of its own research and their comparison with the results of other similar works. Method: questionnaire survey - self-designed questionnaire. Results: 140 respondents from the original 156 respondents, ie 89.74%, participated in the research.
