Tato práce si klade za cíl zkoumat vliv vnitřního uspořádání speciálně profilovaných základních škol (například základních škol s rozšířenou výukou jazyků či základních škol s rozšířenou výukou přírodních věd) na rozvrstvení žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v rámci školy. Je zkoumána skladba tříd či skupin s rozšířením a rovnoměrné zařazování žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami do těchto struktur. Tato práce se zabývá potenciálním rozporem mezi konceptem škol s rozšířenou výukou (které člení žáky na základě jejich talentů, zájmů či dalších aspektů) a ideou inkluze, která je v současném českém vzdělávacím systému deklarována jako priorita. V případě skutečného nesouladu je možné klást otázku, jakým způsobem je tento rozpor reflektován ze strany vedení školy. Jaká je deklarovaná motivace pro tyto vzdělávací metody? A k čemu tyto metody mohou vést? Z hlediska metodologie tato práce využívá kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně polostrukturované rozhovory s řediteli či dalšími vzdělávacími odborníky zaměstnanými v rámci školy (např. výchovnými poradci). Informace z těchto rozhovorů jsou rozebrány a ve výsledku tvoří čtyři případové studie, které jsou vzájemně porovnány a analyzovány za použití odborné literatury. The aim of this thesis is to examine the impact of the inner structure of specially profiled elementary schools (for example language oriented elementary schools, natural science oriented elementary schools) on the distribution of pupils with special educational needs in the school. In particular, we focus on the composition of the classes or specialized groups in terms of balanced profiling of the pupils with special educational needs. This thesis poses the question, whether there is any discrepancy between the idea of specially oriented schools (which differentiates pupils based on their talents, hobbies or any other aspects) and the goal of inclusion which is the current goal of Czech education system. And if there is a discrepancy, is it being reflected from the position of the school management? What is their stated motivation for these practices? And what are the outcomes of employing them? The methodology of this thesis is a qualitative research. In particular, we have conducted semi-structured interviews with principals or other educational specialists in the management position of a specific school.
