Bakalářská práce se zabývá získáním, výběrem a adaptace zaměstnance na konkrétní pracovní pozici ve společnosti AB spol. s r.o. V jednotlivých částech teoretické práce jsou rozebírány pojmy a metody na základě odborné literatury. Vdruhé části je obsažena charakteristika společnosti a popis současného stavu výběru, získání a adaptace. Poslední část práce obsahuje návrhy, které mohou vést ke změnám v současném systému ve společnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with the selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker to a specific job position in company AB spol. s r.o. In individual segments of the theoretical part, concepts and methods are analysed using professional literature. The second part focuses on the company’s characteristics and a description of its current methods in terms of selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker. The last part of the thesis proposes amendments that may lead to changes in the company’s existing system.
