Bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací vybraných metod projektového řízení a plánování. Projektem je implementace těchto metod do reálného prostředí podniku v programu MS Projekt. Pro zpracování projektu bylo určeno vypracování analýzy současného stavu, analýzy časové, analýzy zdrojové, analýzy nákladové a analýzy rizik. The bachelors thesis deals with the application of selected methods of project management and planning. The project is the implementation of these methods into the real environment of the enterprise in the MS Projekt programme. The elaboration of the analysis of the current state, time analysis, source analysis, cost analysis and risk analysis was intended for the elaboration of the project.
