Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje metodám přeměny tepelné energie v odpadním teple na elektrickou energii. Jsou v ní představeny a popsány dosud známé přímé a nepřímé metody. Práce dále obsahuje přehled případových studií studovaných technologií. Na konec jsou veškeré poznatky shrnuty a především jsou představeny faktory ovlivňující využitelnost jednotlivých technologií a jsou zhodnoceny možnosti uplatnění technologií v průmyslu. This bachelor thesis focuses on the methods of waste heat conversion to electrical energy. There are presented and described so far known methods that generate power via mechanical work and methods converting power directly from heat. The thesis also contains an overview of case studies for studied technologies. Finally, all the findings are summarised, the factors influencing the applicability of each technology are presented, and the possibilities of the technology application in the industry are evaluated.
