Cílem této práce je obnova zámku a panského dvora ve Vážanech nad Litavou. Tento objekt se nachází ve středu jižní části obce Vážany nad Litavou, na hlavní ulici. Objekt je situován zhruba do středu řady usedlostí na západní straně této ulice. Objekt je členitá nárožní budova. Stavba není kulturní památkou, ale v rámci této práce se snažíme ke stavbě přistupovat, jako by byla kulturní památkou. Historie objektu není příliš zdokumentována a první písemné zmínky pochází z roku 1643. Jezuité v 16. století postavili ve Vážanech nad Litavou nejen hospodářský objekt, ale i zámek v nárožní poloze, který je zčásti patrový a z části přízemní. V 19. století se zámek přeměňuje na klasicistní. Po roce 1945 byl celý objekt zkonfiskován a propadl ve prospěch státu. O 5 let později dostalo zámek do správy nově založené jednotné zemědělské družstvo. V budově byly vytvořeny kanceláře družstva a v patře dvě bytové jednotky, které později nahradily pouze skladové prostory. Dnes slouží budova zámku potřebám různých soukromých institucí a zůstala v podobě, jakou získala za Linhartů na počátku 19. století. Cílem mého návrhu je obnovit stavbu tak, aby znovu sloužila veřejnosti. Zásah do vnějšího vzhledu z uliční části se projeví výměnou a zvýšením krovů v pravém i levém křídle budovy, výměnou střešní krytiny, přidáním střešních oken a výměnou stávajících oken za okna šestitabulková. Objekt dostane novou fasádu. Vzhled budovy ze strany ode dvora bude doplněn o obdélníkovou přístavbu z oceli se skleněnou fasádou a zdobenou výtvarnou vitráží. Tato přístavba bude obsahovat nové schodiště. This work aims to restore the castle and the manor house in Vážany nad Litavou. This building is located in the centre of the southern part of the village of Vážany nad Litavou, on the main street. The building is situated roughly in the middle of a series of estates on the west side of this street. The building is a rugged corner building. The building is not a cultural monument, but as part of this work, we try to treat the building as if it were a cultural monument. The history of the building is not well documented and the first written references date back to 1643. In the 16th century, the Jesuits built not only an economic building in Vážany nad Litavou but also a chateau in the corner position, which is partly palatial and partly ground floor. In the 19th century, the castle is transformed into a classical castle. After 1945, the entire facility was confiscated and forfeited to the state. Five years later, the newly established single agricultural cooperative was put into administration. Cooperative offices were created in the building and two housing units were created on the floor, which later replaced only storage space. Today, the castle building serves the needs of various private institutions and has remained as it was acquired during the early 19th century. My prosal aims to restore the structure to serve the public again. Interference with the exterior appearance from the aisle section will be demonstrated by replacing and increasing the rafters in the right and left wings of the building, replacing roofing, adding roof windows and replacing existing windows with six-table windows. The building gets a new facade. The appearance of the building from the side of the yard will be complemented by a rectangular extension of steel with a glass facade and decorated art stained glass. This addition will include a new staircase.
