Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je hodnotenie výkonnosti spoločnosti BRA-VUR, a.s. pomocou modelu START, vychádzajúceho z EFQM Modelu excelencie. Teoretická časť práce definuje kvalitu, výkonnosť a spôsoby merania podnikovej výkonnosti. Obsahom analytickej časti je zhodnotenie súčasnej situácie v spoločnosti pomocou modelu START a vybranými ukazovateľmi finančnej analýzy. Výsledky tohto hodnotenia sú využité v poslednej časti práce, ktorej účelom je navrhnúť opatrenia, ktoré povedú k zlepšeniu výkonnosti spoločnosti a posunu vpred na ceste k jej excelencii. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company BRA-VUR, a.s. using the START Model, based on the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical part of the thesis defines quality, performance, and company performance measurement methods. The content of the analytical section is to evaluate the current situation in the company using the START Model and selected financial analysis indicators. The results of this assessment are used in the final part of the work, which is to propose measures to improve the performance of the company and to shift forward on its way to excellence.
