Metodika popisuje optimalizaci molekulární metody diagnostiky Pectobacterium atrosepticum a Dickeya solani založené na real-time PCR a SybrGreen real-time PCR včetně přípravy vzorků, izolace DNA, kontroly specificity a vyhodnocení. The methodology describes the optimization of the molecular diagnostic method of Pectobacterium atrosepticum and Dickeya solani based on real-time PCR and SybrGreen real-time PCR, including sample preparation, DNA isolation, specificity control and evaluation.
