V metodice je zpracován postup odchytu netopýrů, jejich základní determinace, anestezie před odběrem spemií, vlastní odběr pomocí elektroejakulace a postup následné analýzy odebraného spermatu pomocí přístroje CASA (Computer Assissted Sperm Analysis). The methodology describes the procedure of bat capturing, their basic determination, the anesthesia before sperm collection, the sperm sampling by electroejaculation and the procedure of subsequent analysis using the CASA equipment (Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis).
