Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem českých dělníků, kteří byli během druhé světové války nuceně nasazeni nacistickým aparátem Třetí říše na práce v okupovaném Norsku. Cílem je tuto méně známou oblast výzkumu zasadit do širšího historického kontextu a na základě archiválií a dostupných a nově objevených pramenů pak analyzovat životní a pracovní podmínky těchto nedobrovolně pracujících Čechů. První část práce podává komplexní obraz předválečného a nacisty okupovaného Norska a uvádí základní terminologii fenoménu nucené práce. Druhý úsek v krátkosti mapuje situaci v Německu a nastiňuje organizaci nuceného nasazení, přičemž se zaměřuje na všeobecné životní a pracovní podmínky dělníků. Ve třetí části je s ohledem na klíčové prameny podrobně analyzována otázka české pracovní síly na norském území. V rámci závěrečného úseku práce jsou pak představeny statistické údaje a současný pohled obou zainteresovaných zemí (Německo, Norsko) na problematiku nucené práce. This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of Czech workers who were forcibly deployed by the Nazi apparatus of the Third Reich to work in occupied Norway during World War II. The aim is to put this lesser-known area of research in a broader historical context and, on the basis of archives and available and newly discovered sources, to analyse the living and working conditions of these involuntarily working Czechs. The first part of the thesis provides a comprehensive picture of pre-war and Nazi-occupied Norway and presents the basic terminology of the phenomenon of forced labor. The second section briefly maps the situation in Germany and outlines the organization of forced labor, focusing on the general living and working conditions of workers. In the third part, with regard to key sources, the issue of the Czech manpower on Norwegian territory is analysed in detail. Within the final section of the thesis, statistical data, and the current view of both countries (Germany, Norway) involved in the issue of forced labor are presented.
