Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a výchovou v rodinách, kde se narodilo dítě s duálním smyslovým postižením, a to z pohledu matky. Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat životní příběhy vybraných matek dětí s tímto druhem postižení, prozkoumat, jak probíhal vývoj a výchova hluchoslepých dětí z různých úhlů pohledu (pedagogického, psychologického aj.). Autor práce se snaží zjistit, jaký měly matky způsob prožívání a chování jak během těhotenství, tak i po narození dítěte a v dalších životních etapách, jak probíhala akceptace handicapovaného dítěte v rodině (příp. i mimo ni). Práce dále zkoumá reakci matek (i jiných osob) na narození dítěte s postižením, mapuje následný průběh vývoje a výchovy v jednotlivých obdobích života. Předmětem zájmu jsou konkrétní způsoby, s jejichž pomocí matky své děti rozvíjely během různých aktivit (hry, rozvíjení kompenzačních smyslů, budování komunikačního systému, otázka samostatnosti hluchoslepých dětí atd.). Pozornost je rovněž věnována vývojovým odchylkám dětí s duálním senzorickým postižením, ať již v citové, sociální či kognitivní oblasti vývoje. Také jsou nastíněny možnosti vzdělávání hluchoslepých. Příběhy jsou pak komparovány mezi sebou i s vybranými zahraničními zdroji a závěrem jsou navržena praktická doporučení. V práci je použit kvalitativní výzkum. Za účelem... The diploma thesis deals with development and education in families with a child with dual sensory impairment, namely, from mother's point of view. The objective is to analyse stories of selected mothers of children with this particular disability, to explore the course of development and education involving deafblind children from different points of view (pedagogical, psychological etc.). The author of this thesis tries to find out about mothers' experiences and models of behaviour during pregnancy and afterwards. It focuses on acceptance of the disabled child within (and possibly outside) the family. In addition, the thesis explores reactions of mothers and others to a child with disability, it outlines the subsequent course of development and education in various periods of life. The particular emphasis is put on specific ways, by which these mothers developed their children during different activites (plays, conpensatory senses development, communication system development, independence of deafblind children etc.). It also describes developmental delays (emotional, social and cognitive functioning). Education options for deafblind are also mentioned.
