Uchaze o zam stnání a Ú ad práce eské republiky Abstrakt Diserta ní práce se primárn soust edí na právní úpravu zákona o zam stnanosti dopadající na problematiku uchaze e o zam stnání v rámci innosti ú adu práce, p edevším p i procesu zprost edkování zam stnání a p i pobírání podpory v nezam stnanosti. Na úvodní teoretický výklad ohledn základního sociálního práva garantovaného Listinou základních práv a svobod, tedy práva na práci, navazuje pojednání o nezam stnanosti a o jejím vývoji. Pro kompaktní vhled do dané problematiky nebylo v této práci opomenuto shrnutí koncepce politiky zam stnanosti, jak v eské republice, tak i v rámci Evropské unie, a její realizace státní správou v rámci eské republiky. Nosná ást diserta ní práce p ináší rozbor jednotlivých ustanovení zákona o zam stnanosti z praktického pohledu uchaze e o zam stnání. Vymezuje jeho práva a povinnosti od podání žádosti o zprost edkování vhodného zam stnání o za azení do evidence ú adu práce až po ukon ení této evidence nebo po vy azení uchaze e o zam stnání z evidence ú adu práce. Tyto jsou podrobn rozebrány ve vazb na st žejní instituty, se kterými se uchaze o zam stnání m že v pr b hu evidence setkat, jako je vhodné zam stnání, vážné d vody, režim do asné neschopnosti uchaze e o zam stnání, nekolidující zam stnání a nelegální práce apod. A Job Seeker and the Labour Office of the Czech Republic Abstract The PhD thesis focuses primarily on the legal regulation of the Employment Act affecting the issue of job seekers within the activities of the Labour office, especially in the process of employment intermediation and in receiving unemployment benefits. The introductory theoretical interpretation of the fundamental social right guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, i.e. the right to work, is followed by a treatise on unemployment and its development. A compact overview of this issue is given by a summary of the concept of employment policy in the Czech Republic and within the European Union and its state management within the Czech Republic. The main part of the thesis presents an analysis of individual provisions of the Employment Act from the practical point of view of the job seeker. It defines his rights and obligations starting by submitting an application for mediation of suitable employment to the Labor office register. These are discussed in detail in relation to the main instruments that the job seeker may encounter during registration, such as "appropriate employment", "serious reasons", "temporary incapacity to work", "non- conflicting employment", "illegal work", etc. The thesis contains a detailed analysis...
