Bakalářská práce sleduje pražskou arcidiecézi od znovuobsazení pražského arcibiskupského stolce roku 1561 do konce episkopátu Zbyňka Berky z Dubé a Lipé roku 1606. Na základě studia dekretů Tridentského koncilu a v komparaci s "referenčním" mohučským arcibiskupstvím se tento příspěvek k dějinám církevních dějin druhé poloviny 16. století zaobírá postupem arcibiskupů při implementaci tridentských dekretů do nábožensko-správní praxe středoevropské římskokatolické církve a odlišnostmi plynoucími z historického vývoje arcidiecézí a postavení metropolitů. Z tridentských usnesení je v práci akcentován ideál biskupa a jeho povinností: svolávání synod, vizitace, náprava vzdělanostních poměrů u kléru, v českém prostředí pak také ordinace duchovenstva. The bachelor's thesis observes the Archdiocese of Prague since the reoccupation of the See of Prague in 1561 to the end of the episcopate of Zbyněk Berka of Dubá and Lipá in 1606. Based on a study of Council of Trent decrees and in comparison with Archdiocese of Mainz as a benchmark, this contribution to the history of church history of the second half of the 16th century deals with the progress of archbishops in implementation of the Tridentine decrees in the religious-administrative practice of the Central European Roman Catholic Church including specifics caused by historical development of the archdioceses and the status of their metropolitans. The thesis accentuates conclusions of the Trent council regarding the ideal of the bishop and his duties: convening of synods, visitations, improvement of clerics' education, in the Czech environment then also ordination of the clergy.
