Disertační práce řeší problematiku pohybového režimu adolescentů studujících na školách poskytujících střední vzdělání s výučním listem. Zaměřuje se na ty studenty, kteří nesplňují doporučení o minimálním počtu kroků za den, na tzv. inaktivní (sedavé) studenty. Cílem studie bylo objasnit důvody, které jim brání v aktivnějším životním stylu. Pro lepší porozumění výpovědí respondentů jsme zkoumali i vztah ke školní tělesné výchově jakožto vyučovacímu předmětu, který má potenciál pozitivně ovlivnit pohybový režim mládeže. Výzkum byl realizován v souboru 15-16letých studentů na středních školách s výučním listem (dvě v Praze, jedno v Moravskoslezském kraji) o celkovém počtu 315 studentů. Pro získávání dat o názorech studentů na tělesnou výchovu byl použit standardizovaný dotazník, na monitorování objemu pohybové aktivity byly použity fitness náramky Sigma Activo a pro konkretizaci bariér pohybové aktivity byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Dle našich výsledků nedostatečnou pohybovou aktivitu vykazuje 29,5 % studentů, častěji to jsou chlapci. Celkově tito studenti hodnotí školní tělesnou výchovu pozitivně. Přestože jsou většinou spokojeni s obsahem hodin, mají problém s některými aktivitami, které nedělají rádi a vzbuzují v nich emoci strachu (nejčastěji je to gymnastika). Naopak by v rámci hodin TV... Title: Barriers of hypokinetic adolecents to active lifestyle The dissertation addresses the issue of physical activity among adolescents studying at secondary vocational schools. It focuses on those students who do not meet the minimum recommended number of steps per day, i.e. inactive students. The aim of the study was to clarify the reasons which prevent them from adopting a more active lifestyle. To better understand student responses, we also examined the relationship to school physical education as a school subject that has the potential to positively influence the physical activity habits of youth. Research was carried out on a group of students 15-16 years old at secondary vocational schools (two in Prague, one in the Moravian-Silesian Region). A total of 315 students were studied. A standardized questionnaire was used to obtain information about student opinions on physical education. Sigma Activo fitness bracelets were used to monitor amount of physical activity, and a semi-structured interview was used to determine specific barriers to physical activity.
